1. Approve
We confirm the responsible venue contact, property permission, requested documentation and any applicable local review.
No approval means no live flame.
2. Assess
We review the proposed surface, ceiling clearance, surrounding materials, audience distance, access, ventilation, weather exposure and preparation area.
The environment must be appropriate when the room is fully dressed and occupied.
3. Design
We select the props, choreography, number of performers and audience boundaries for the approved space.
The performance is adapted to the venue. We do not force one generic fire show into every room.
4. Ready
The event-specific plan may include:
- A dedicated Fire Safety Professional
- Appropriate extinguishing equipment
- A controlled fuel-preparation area
- Secured fuel and props
- Audience boundaries
- Communication with venue staff
- Emergency procedures
- An LED or modified backup plan
The designated Fire Safety Professional must be able to focus on the performance. That responsibility should not be casually assigned to a photographer, bartender, guest or staff member already performing another job.
5. Go or No-Go
Conditions are reviewed again immediately before ignition.
The performance may be modified, delayed, relocated or replaced with LED entertainment if:
- Required approval has not been confirmed
- Décor enters the approved performance area
- Guests cannot remain outside the safety boundary
- Venue conditions have changed
- Required equipment or personnel are unavailable
- The Lead Performer or Fire Safety Professional identifies a hazard
Client schedules, payments and guest expectations do not override a professional safety stop.
How Much Space Does an Indoor Fire Dancer Need?
There is no responsible universal measurement for every fire performance.
The required space depends on:
- Selected fire props
- Performer range of motion
- Ceiling and overhead clearance
- Surrounding materials
- Audience placement
- Number of performers
- Venue systems
- Applicable venue and local requirements
A narrow aisle between tables is not automatically a performance area. Neither is an active dance floor surrounded by guests unless a suitable boundary can be maintained.

We consider ceilings, chandeliers, lighting equipment, draping, greenery, signage and other overhead elements.
Décor and Combustible Materials

Guests must remain outside the approved performance zone.
The event layout must allow the boundary to remain clear throughout the live-fire portion, including during entrances, photographs and transitions.
Entrances, Exits and Preparation Areas
Performers need controlled access to the performance zone and an appropriate area for preparation.
Fuel, ignition sources and live props must remain secured from guests, catering operations and unauthorized personnel.

Possibly, but many hotels and ballrooms maintain strict no-flame policies.
Always ask the venue before advertising or promising indoor fire.
