Teacher: Daisy Dynamite

A high energy dance fitness class to enhance curves (specifically the legs, thighs, and booty) along with overall toning of the body. Each session will include music from a wide variety of genres.

Classes will consist of time devoted to stretching (deep breathing), dance/cardio, floor exercise, and a reflection time afterwards/cool down.

If you want to bring out your inner dance goddess and have a great time, these sessions are for YOU. Get your buns in gear and come join the festivities!
